Enable Consignor Data Sync

Info: This is a Liberty REACT 6.4a Feature. If you are using an older Liberty REACT version, update to the latest REACT version before using this feature.

The Resaleworld Registration tab in Listing Manager Settings now has a control for enabling Consignor Data Sync. This makes the setting easier to find when configuring Listing Manager services.
