Clear Checks Double Click Safeguard

Info: This is a Liberty REACT 6.4a Feature. If you are using an older Liberty REACT version, update to the latest REACT version before using this feature.

Double clicking a check on the Clear Checks screen no longer expires the check. This reduces the chance of accidentally expiring a payout check while reviewing the list.
