Set Brand Level While Entering Inventory

Info: This is a Liberty REACT 6.4a Feature. If you are using an older Liberty REACT version, update to the latest REACT version before using this feature.

When adding a Brand during Item Entry, the new brand value can now be assigned to a brand level for use with the Pricing Guide. This prevents the user from needing to leave item entry just to organize a new brand level.
