Item List Email w / Desc Report

Generates a report of items on an account with descriptions that can be emailed.

Use this report to alert customers of items with descriptions on their accounts\

Reports > Emails > Item List Email w/ Desc

1. Go to Reports
   
2. Click on Emails
   
3. Click on Item List Email w/ Desc
   

1. Click on the Add More Criteria button.

2. Select what criteria you want then press OK

• Account Number
• Account Type
• Item Description
• Item Number
• Item Received Date
• Item Status
• Pickup date
