Cash Payout Rounding

Info: This is a Liberty REACT 6.4a Feature. If you are using an older Liberty REACT version, update to the latest REACT version before using this feature.

Cash payouts can now be rounded up, down, or to the nearest configured amount. When configured, Liberty automatically applies the rounding through a Payout Fee, which can be positive or negative depending on the payout amount.
