We rebuilt the Liberty Help experience to provide clearer, more complete guidance, not simply a page of instructions. Help 3.0 is designed to guide you through a task from beginning to end.
What Help 3.0 Improves

- Completely redesigned Help website that is 100 percent mobile responsive. No more hard to see images.
- Inclusion of the Resaleworld Status Page
- The new Resaleworld Support Blog, with product help updates, service education, and practical guidance written by the Support team for customers.
Specific Improvements
Some of these improvements are especially noticeable when searching for information and moving through the site:
- Search results now include clearer article previews, highlighted search words, and result counts so you can decide which article is most likely to help before opening it.
- Search Tools let you narrow results by match type, section, date, and sorting.
- The Table of Contents is easier to use on both computers and mobile devices. On a larger screen, you can resize it or collapse it, and Help remembers your preference.
- Selecting a heading takes you to the correct part of the article more reliably and keeps your current section highlighted while you read.
- The left navigation keeps the current article in view and opens the related section, making it easier to understand where you are and move to nearby topics.
- Navigation remains available while viewing search results, so you can browse and search without losing your place.
- Long articles are easier to move through with quick access to the top or bottom of the page.
Expanded Coverage
Help 3.0 includes significantly expanded guidance for areas such as ResaleWallet, Klaviyo, Resale Rewards, ResalePay and Clover, online orders and fulfillment, seasonal sales, reports, integrations, and the Resaleworld Status Page.
For example, ResaleWallet now has separate start to finish guides for stores and consignors. These cover setup, bank verification, individual and mass payouts, payout status, security, payment limits, and troubleshooting.
The new Status Page guide explains what each monitored service does, how to subscribe to outage notifications, and how to determine whether an issue is affecting Resaleworld services or only your store.
What Changed Behind The Scenes
Help 3.0 includes hundreds of new page destinations and more than fifty additional distinct topic labels overall. Many matched articles retain the existing instructions and screenshots while adding stronger step formatting, next step navigation, and broader related topic links.
The biggest improvement is depth. For example, the new ResaleWallet store overview contains roughly 2,300 words and 48 screenshots, while its separate consignor guide contains roughly 1,600 words and 14 screenshots.
