Selecting the Right Report

Use the table below to select the right report for your needs. The reports listed are divided by Report Category (sales, inventory, payout, etc.), with each report name listed in the order it appears in the program. For more information such as the available report criteria or to view a sample report, click the report name below.

  • Daily Payment By Terminal : This report can show you how much was made using cash, Amex, etc. on any terminal.
  • Item Received Summary : This report summarizes key information for items received within a certain time frame.
  • Item Sales Summary : This report summarizes key information for items received within a certain time frame.
  • Layaway (Open Only) : Displays all current open layaways entered through Point of Sale.
  • Payment Summary : Reports the details of POS transactions with an emphasis on payment type information.
  • Sales Detail : Reports the details of POS transactions with an emphasis on the items contained in each sale. Use to view details of particular sales for auditing sales; total taxable/nontaxable sales; sales by user; Web sales detail (select the Status parameter Finished Web to view Web Sales detail).
  • Terminal Detail : View sales by POS terminal (cash register).
  • Today's Sales Details : Variation of Sales Detail that will only show sales numbers from the current day.
  • Voided Sales : This report displays all sales that were voided during the Point of Sale process. This report is the only way to find information about voided sales.
  • Item Description with Extended History : Like the Sales History Report, this reports on sale of merchandise for a specific time period. Displays all transactions including sales and returns related to each inventory item in each account. This report gives you more options to pull information such as, if it was a taxed item and who added the account.
  • Item Description with Sales History : Report on sale of merchandise for a specific time period. Displays all transactions including sales and returns related to each inventory item in each account.
  • Item Sales with User Fields Report : Displays sales by Category and custom fields. This report gives you many options to choose from including the store section and terminal ID.
  • Profit by Brand : Displays sales by Brand with both detail and summary information.
  • Profit by Category : Displays gross profit totals by category. Report may be generated to show profits at any Category Level (1, 2, or 3). Also shows average days until items in a Category sell (also known as aging or turnover rate) and the number of items sold for each category.
  • Profit by Section : This report groups all sales information by store section.
  • Purchases by Customer Report : Display sales details for customers, including purchase dates and prices.
  • Purchases by Zip/Postal Code Report : This report summarizes all customer purchases by Postal/Zip Code.
  • Sales By Account : View sales sorted by account.
  • Sales by Category : View sales on a category by category basis. Reports on any category and any category level. Particularly useful for analyzing sales by category to determine what categories are most profitable, sell the fastest, etc.
  • Sales by Price Code : Displays all transactions including sales and returns related to each Inventory Item for each Price Code.
  • Sales by Product Line : Displays sales detail broken down by Product Line. The primary sort is by Product Line, and then items are secondarily sorted by Category.
  • Sales Commission : Displays sales detail information for each sales person, with a breakdown of price sold, profit and commission amounts.
  • Sales Fee Detail : This report shows all non-inventory fee transactions related to sales for a given time period.
  • Accounts Payable By Account : View outstanding account liabilities, by Account. Use this report to determine how much is owed to Account Holders of consigned items. This report differs from the Transaction Detail in that it shows only consigned items which have sold but the Account Holder has not yet been paid, plus deductions and credits to the account.
  • Accounts Payable By Last Name : View outstanding account liabilities, by Last Name. Use this report to determine how much is owed to Account Holders of consigned items. This report differs from the Transaction Detail in that it shows only consigned items which have sold but the Account Holder has not yet been paid, plus deductions and credits to the account.
  • Check/ Payout Detail : View the details of an account payment (gross sales less deductions, plus credits).
  • Check/Payout Detail - Extended : Identical to Check/Payout Detail Report, with two additional columns: Price Sold and the Description for transactions specific to a particular item.
  • Credit Card Fees : Shows any fees charged for credit card transactions.
  • Satisfied Obligations Report : Find payouts done by check, cash, store credit or reconciliation.
  • Transaction Detail : View all account transactions (items sold, refunded, credits, deductions, etc.).
  • Account Productivity : Displays inventory activity and matriculation in summary for each Account.
  • Brand Productivity : Displays inventory activity and matriculation in summary for each Brand.
  • Buyer Summary : This report displays information pertaining to Purchases and Trade Items based on the Buyer
  • Category/Brand Analysis : This report generates a cross-tab report organizing sales by both category and brand. The grid shows sales summary information (number of sales, average sal, and total sales) for each combination of category and brand.
  • Category/Color Analysis : This report generates a cross-tab report organizing sales by both category and color. The grid shows sales summary information (number of sales, average sale, and total sales) for each combination of category and color.
  • Category/Size Analysis : This report generates a cross-tab report organizing sales by both category and size. The grid shows sales summary information (number of sales, average sale, and total sales) for each combination of category and size.
  • Category ProductivityCategory Productivity : Displays inventory activity and matriculation in summary for each Category.
  • Coupon Summary : Displays a list of all coupons, including a sales record of each time a coupon is used.
  • Gift Card Transaction History : Displays all transactions for each Gift Card.
  • Historical Inventory And Obligation : Calculates Inventory and Obligation totals as of 12:01 am (start of day) on the specified date based on the records created before and modified after that date/time.
  • Hourly Inventory Intake Chart : This will generate a graph that will day to hour intake of inventory.
  • Hourly Sales Report : This report generates how many items generally sell at time and day. It also gives a daily total.
  • Monthly Sales Analysis : This report will show you how many items sold and the total amount sold for on any given month.
  • Promotion Summary : This report will provide information on coupons and fees used, what the average item price, total sales amount and average sale amount is.
  • Remaining Inventory Analysis By Brand : This report will provide information on how many items within a category and how much those items sold for within the chosen time period.
  • Remaining Inventory Analysis By Category : This report will provide information on how many items within a category and how much those items sold for within the chosen time period.
  • Reward Plan DetailsReward Plan List Report: This report will give you a list of all reward plans and enrollees.
  • Weekly Sales Analysis Report : Breaks down the amount of transactions done on what day during date period chosen.
  • Account Comments : View account comments (Notes) for one or more accounts.
  • Account Export by Purchases Report : This report will give you a list of clients who have purchased items from you.
  • Account Export by Sales : This report will give you a list of clients who have sold one or more item as a consignor in your store.
  • Account List : Displays account Information including address and phone number. Information for each account appears on just one line, so this report is much shorter than the Account List - Full Detail report. Select the Sort button to choose to generate the report in order of Account or Last Name.
  • Account List - Full Detail : Displays account Information including primary address, phone number, e-mail and company name. This is a lengthy report. The Account List report shows less information, but is much shorter report as well.
  • Account List by Filter Code : View filter code assigned to each account.
  • Tax Exempt Account List : Displays account information for tax exempt accounts. Includes Address, Phone Number, Tax Exempt Number, and state. Information for each account appears on one line.
  • User Fields : View user fields defined for each account.
  • Wishlist : View active requested wishes.
  • Wishlist - Cross Reference : This report cross references active and current wishes with current inventory to displays available matches and shows detailed item information for matches.
  • Web Listing Sales : Displays sales information for closed auctions.
  • Order Detail : This report displays the basic order details such as the invoice number, date of the order, web order ID, and purchasers'' e-mail addresses.
  • Order Pick List : This report shows all orders which have been paid and need to be shipped. It is designed to aid the process of selecting items in need of shipping.
  • Web Listings : View all web related information about items posted for sale on the Web.
  • Mailing Labels (2 Across) : Prints mailing labels on the 2 across thermal sticky labels available from Resaleworld. They will print on either an Eltron Orion or 2722 Thermal Printer. Select the Sort button to choose to print labels in order of Account, Last Name, or Zip Code.
  • Mailing Labels (Avery 5160 / 8160) By Purchases Report : Print mailing labels on 8 ½ x 11 sheets in a laser or inkjet printer. Label size meets Avery 5160 specifications (2 ½ x 15/16, 3 across). Select the Sort button to choose to print labels in order of Account, Last Name or Zip Code.
