Filtering Orders
Listing Manager offers several ways to filter your orders to find exactly what you're looking for.
1. Filtering By Receipt Number ( Find Receipt # )
Enter a receipt number in the Receipt # field to instantly locate the order associated with that receipt.
2. Filtering By Time ( Ordered Within )
Click the Ordered Within dropdown to filter orders by how recently they were placed:
- Past Month: View orders that have been created in the past month.
- Past 2 Months: View orders that have been created in the past 2 months.
- Past 6 Months: View orders that have been created in the past 6 months.
- Past Year: View orders that have been created in the past year.
- Forever: View orders that have been created for all time.
3. Filtering by Order Site
Click the Order Site dropdown to filter orders by the platform they originated from:
All: Displays orders from all platforms
- None: Displays orders with no associated platform
- eBay: Displays orders placed through eBay
- Shopify: Displays orders placed through Shopify
- ShopRW: Displays orders placed through ShopRW.
