Overview
Klaviyo helps you send targeted email and SMS campaigns using your Liberty customer and consignor data. Once connected, eligible Liberty profiles sync into Klaviyo so you can segment audiences and automate outreach.
What the Integration Enables

- SMS campaigns. Reach customers by text for timely updates.
- Automated flows. Trigger follow-up messages based on shopping behavior.
- Smart segmentation. Target buyers, consignors, or both from one contact base.
- Behavior-based marketing with Shopify. Build stronger automation when connected to Shopify.
Before You Start
- You have a Klaviyo account: https://www.klaviyo.com
- Your Liberty account has Klaviyo integration enabled.
- At least one Liberty account has:
- a valid email address
- Receive Marketing Emails enabled
