Klaviyo Integration with Liberty REACT

Klaviyo helps you send targeted email and SMS campaigns using your Liberty customer and consignor data. Once connected, eligible Liberty profiles sync into Klaviyo so you can segment audiences and automate outreach.

  • You have a Klaviyo account: https://www.klaviyo.com
  • Your Liberty account has Klaviyo integration enabled.
  • At least one Liberty account has:
  • a valid email address
  • Receive Marketing Emails enabled
  1. Sign in to Klaviyo and click the account menu in the lower-left, then click Settings.
  2. Click API keys.
  3. Click Create Private API Key, name it, and choose Full Access Key.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Click Copy to save your key.
  1. Open the Liberty Inventory Module.
  2. Go to Setup > Options > Klaviyo.
  3. Paste your Klaviyo Private API key into the API Key field.
  4. Click OK to save.
  1. In Klaviyo, go to Audience > Profiles.
  2. Confirm customer profiles appear with name, email, and Liberty properties.

Liberty sends eligible profile data to Klaviyo. Profiles are then available for segmentation, campaigns, and automations.

Only accounts with a valid email and Receive Marketing Emails enabled are included.

  • Phone_number_Region: What region the client's phone number is located in.
    Example: US
  • Liberty_Avail_Item_Count: Total count of available items on the account.
    Example: 6
  • Liberty_Consignor: Is the client account a consignor account?
    Example: True
  • Liberty_Filter_Codes: Available filter codes assigned to the client account.
    Example: [“Default”,“VIP”]
  • Liberty_Item_Count: Total number of items on the account, whether available or posted.
    Example: 8
  • Liberty_Last_Item: Date of the last item entered into the account.
    Example: 2025-04-03T14:27:35.113-04:00
  • Liberty_Last_Purchase: Date of the last purchase by the client account.
    Example: 2025-11-25T18:11:40.290-05:00
  • Liberty_Last_Sync: Date the account was last synced.
    Example: 2026-03-27T13:17:57.673-04:00
  • Liberty_Purchase_Count: Total number of items purchased by the client account.
    Example: 1
  • Liberty_Purchase_Total: Total dollar amount purchased by the client account.
    Example: 90.76
  • Liberty_Purchaser: Has the client purchased from your store?
    Example: True
  • Liberty_Send_Marketing_Email: Is the client set to allow marketing emails from Liberty?
    Example: True
  • Liberty_Total_Due: Total obligation due to the client account.
    Example: 40.50
  • Shopify: Supports richer behavior-based triggers such as browse/cart/checkout-driven campaigns.
  • eBay: Best for post-purchase and re-engagement campaigns.
  1. In Klaviyo, click Campaigns > Create campaign.
  2. Select Single channel, choose Email, and click Continue.
  3. Choose a list or segment and click Next.
  4. Select a template, write your message, preview, and send or schedule.
  • Start with one small segment and send a test campaign first.
  • Keep customer emails and consent settings current.
  • Use segments to tailor messaging by account type and recent activity.
  • Run regular checks in Audience > Profiles to confirm healthy sync behavior.
