Delete Inventory Dropoffs

Info: This is a Liberty REACT 6.4a Feature. If you are using an older Liberty REACT version, update to the latest REACT version before using this feature.

Inventory Dropoffs can now be deleted from the Inventory Dropoffs list when the dropoff has no items and no payments for prepaid buys. This gives stores a safer way to remove dropoffs that were created by mistake.
