Help > Liberty Help, opens up the Liberty Help Resource. You can also access Liberty
Help with the hotkey: F1 when you are in any part of Liberty, depending where you are
at, it may pull up an article that is useful for that part of the software.

Clicking on Release Notes pulls up a webpage to view all release notes from any
version of Liberty.
Help > New Users
This opens up a Liberty Help article showcasing the First Time Liberty User’s
Checklist.

This will directly lead you to Resaleworld’s main website.
Help > Status Page
Status of ResaleRewards, Cloud, Web Services, Consignor Login,
Resaleworld.com, myResaleworld, Shopify, Resalepay, Zift, Fortis (previously known as
Payment Logistics).
Help > Order Supplies
You can go directly to our website where you can order supplies.
Help > my.Resaleworld.com
You can directly go to My Resaleworld portal from the help menu.

This will show the license agreement that was accepted upon opening up the
application for the first time.

This will pop up the Store’s RSWID, the Store name, Tag name, serial number,
and serial number expiration date.

You can view basic log files in “View Log Files.”

This feature shows you a lot of different information about your liberty software
and your base computer specifications, useful to technicians.

Built in function to allow technicians quicker access to remote into the computer, if you
are not using “Remote Assistance” instead.
Help > Support > Remote Assistance
Access Teamviewer ID and password for a technician to remotely access your
computer.
Help > Support > Backup To FTP
Sends backup to an offsite location.
Help > Support > Clear Printer Queue
Clears printer queue of chosen printer.

Tells you about your license information and what version of Liberty you are on.
