====== Previewing a Letter ======

There are two ways to preview a letter. One way is through the Word Processor Main Screen, the other is to Publish a letter and select the preview option.   - From within Inventory Module select the **Word Processor** button. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3097.png|NewItem3097.png}} \\ The **Word Processor** dialog box will open. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3123.png|NewItem3123.png}}
  - Select the letter you want to Preview. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3122.png|NewItem3122.png}}
  - Check off the Preview Account Checkbox. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3121.png|NewItem3121.png}}
  - Add in the account number in the Preview Account field. As soon as you enter that information, you will be able to see a preview of the letter, with the information for merge fields filled in. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3120.png|NewItem3120.png}}
