====== Adding A Recurring Fees Widget ======

Before using this widget, you will need to go to the consignors/client account and set Recurring Fees. Please see [[widgets:recurringfees:applyingrecurringfees|Applying a Recurring Fee Deduction to Accounts]] for more details.

To create the **widget**:

  - Click on **Setup** > **Widgets**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2945.png|NewItem2945.png}}
  - The **Maintain Widgets** dialog box Opens. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2971.png|NewItem2971.png}}
  - Click on **Add** to create a new **widget**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2970.png|NewItem2970.png}} \\ The **Maintain Widget** dialog Box Opens. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2969.png|NewItem2969.png}}
  - Enter a **Caption** for the **widget**. This **description** will be shown in the top of the **widget** once is created. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2968.png|NewItem2968.png}}
  - Choose all the **Roles** that this **widget** will apply to.
    * **Roles** : Select the rolles to apply to this Widget. For more information on **Roles**, please see Maintain Security **Roles** for more information. \\ Select the **Search** button to access the **Roles**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2967.png|NewItem2967.png}} \\ A list of roles will be displayed. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2966.png|NewItem2966.png}} \\ You can move individual **Roles** to the right or left column by highlighting the role and pressing the single Arrows. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2965.png|NewItem2965.png}}
  - You can move all the roles to the right or left columns by pressing the double arrows. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2964.png|NewItem2964.png}} \\ Once you have made your selections, press the **OK** button at the bottom. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2963.png|NewItem2963.png}}
  - From the **Type** drop down, select **Recurring Fees**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2962.png|NewItem2962.png}} \\ Make sure the **Active** box is **marked** to make **widget** visible. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2961.png|NewItem2961.png}}
  - Select the  **OK** button when done. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2960.png|NewItem2960.png}}
  - Select the **OK** button to close out of the **Maintain Widgets** dialog box. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2959.png|NewItem2959.png}}

From the **Dashboard** of **Liberty** and you will see the **Recurring Fees widget**.
