====== Adding A Chart Widget ======

  - Click on **Setup** > **Widgets**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem2945.png|NewItem2945.png}} \\ The **Maintain Widgets** dialog Box Opens. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3030.png|NewItem3030.png}}
  - Click on **Add** to create a new **widget**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3029.png|NewItem3029.png}} \\ The **Maintain Widget** dialog Box Opens. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3028.png|NewItem3028.png}}
  - Enter a **Caption** for the **widget**. This **description** will be shown in the top of the **widget** once is created. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3027.png|NewItem3027.png}}
  - Choose all the **Roles** that this **widget** will apply to.
    * **Roles** : Select the rolles to apply to this Widget. For more information on **Roles**, please see Maintain Security **Roles** for more information. \\ Select the **Search** button to access the **Roles**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3026.png|NewItem3026.png}} \\ A list of roles will be displayed. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3025.png|NewItem3025.png}} \\ You can move individual **Roles** to the right or left column by highlighting the role and pressing the single Arrows. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3024.png|NewItem3024.png}} \\ You can move all the roles to the right or left columns by pressing the double arrows. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3023.png|NewItem3023.png}} \\ Once you have made your selections, press the **OK** button at the bottom. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3022.png|NewItem3022.png}}
  - From the **Type** drop down, select **Chart**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3021.png|NewItem3021.png}}
  - Leave the Active checkbox checked. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3020.png|NewItem3020.png}}
  - Click on **Update Details**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3019.png|NewItem3019.png}} \\ The **Chart Type** dialog box opens. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3018.png|NewItem3018.png}}
  - From the **Chart Type** drop down, select the appropriate **Chart Type** for this **widget**. Please see **Type** of **Widgets** for more information. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3017.png|NewItem3017.png}}
  - Once a **chart type** is selected, you can then specify a **filter** by clicking on the **Add** button. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3016.png|NewItem3016.png}} \\ The **Filter Type** dialog box will open. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3015.png|NewItem3015.png}}
    * **Filter Type** : allows you to **filter** based on the criteria selected. (i.e **Items Only**, **Month**, **Location**) \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3014.png|NewItem3014.png}}
    * **Value** : depending on your **filter** type, you will have to specify a value. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3013.png|NewItem3013.png}}
  - Select Display On Widget (one per Widget) to have it display in the **widget**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3012.png|NewItem3012.png}}
  - Click the **OK** button close the **Maintain Widget** **Filter Type** dialog box. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3011.png|NewItem3011.png}}
  - Select the **OK** button to close the **Chart Type** dialog box. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3010.png|NewItem3010.png}}
  - Select the **OK** button to close the **Maintain Widgets** dialog box. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3009.png|NewItem3009.png}}
  - Select the **OK** button to close the main **Widgets** Maintenance screen. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3008.png|NewItem3008.png}}
  - Go to the **Dashboard** of **Liberty** and you will see the **Chart widget** displaying a title and the **chart type** that it was selected. \\ {{chartwidget_20260513-122603.png}}
