====== Item Dispositions ======

===== To manage the Item Dispositions: =====

  - Within Liberty select **Setup > Maintain > Item Dispositions**. \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image9.png|image9.png}} \\ The Maintain Item Dispositions dialog box will open. \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image5.png|image5.png}}
  - Select the **Add** button to create a new Item Disposition, highlight and select the **Edit** button to modify an existing Item Disposition, or the **Delete** button to remove a Item Disposition. \\ Note: For audit control purposes, Transaction Types can only be deleted if they have never been used in a Transaction. \\ Selecting the **Add** or **Delete** button will bring up the details of the Item Disposition. \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image8.png|image8.png}}
  - **Add** the name of the Item Disposition. and press the **OK** button when done. \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image2.png|image2.png}} \\ You will see your new disposition in the Maintain Item Dispositions dialog box. \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image1.png|image1.png}}
  - Press the **OK** button when done. \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image4.png|image4.png}}

===== Deactivating Item Dispositions: =====

  - Click ‘**Edit**’ \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image10.png|image10.png}}
  - Uncheck ‘Active’ checkbox \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image3.png|image3.png}}
  - Click ‘**OK**’ \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image7.png|image7.png}}
  - It will now show a grey box next to the inactive disposition \\ {{setup:maintainmenu:itemdispositions_image6.png|image6.png}}
