====== Client User Fields ======

**Client User Fields** are custom fields that can be used to track data on client accounts. Fields not entered into Liberty by default, but data we wish to track.

===== To manage the Client User Fields: =====

  - Within Liberty select **Setup > Maintain > Client User Fields**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem3641.png|NewItem3641.png}} \\ The **Edit** User Fields dialog box will open. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1030.png|NewItem1030.png}}
  - Highlight a field you wish to modify and select the **Edit** button. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1029.png|NewItem1029.png}} \\ The Details of that User Field will open. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1028.png|NewItem1028.png}}
    * **Caption** : Enter in the customer name you want to use for this field. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4259.png|NewItem4259.png}}
    * **Show Field On Lookup Grid (Check Box**) : Selecting this will allow the custom field to show up in the Client Account List. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1026.png|NewItem1026.png}}
  - Select the **OK** button when done. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1025.png|NewItem1025.png}} \\ You should see the the changes you have made. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1024.png|NewItem1024.png}}
  - Select the **OK** button again to close out of the **Edit** User Fields dialog box. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1023.png|NewItem1023.png}}

You should now see the changes in the Client Account List and in the Account Details.
