====== Finding Items with a Status of Needs Info ======

When an item has a status of Needs Info, it is because the item was entered without a price. To easily see a list of items that are missing a price, follow these instructions.

  - Within Liberty select Activities > Inventory > Price items. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1858.png|NewItem1858.png}} \\ The Price items dialog box will open. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4267.png|NewItem4267.png}} \\ Select the **Print & Close** button if you want to print the list. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4272.png|NewItem4272.png}} \\ From this list you can enter the Retails At price and/or the price you wish to see the item at. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4273.png|NewItem4273.png}} \\ Press the **Save** button to apply the changes. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4274.png|NewItem4274.png}} \\ Pressing the **Refresh** button will remove any saved prices updated items. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4275.png|NewItem4275.png}} \\ If you made a mistake with the pricing and want to start over, select the **Cancel** button. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4277.png|NewItem4277.png}}
  - Select the Close button when done. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4278.png|NewItem4278.png}}
