===== AI Pricing Settings =====

  - Open the **Inventory Module**, and then go to **Setup**, then **Options**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5146.png|NewItem5146.png}}
  - This will allow you to configure **AI Pricing** pricing settings. \\ Note: Please contact sales at 1-800-785-4800 to start using the **AI Pricing** feature. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5145.png|NewItem5145.png}}
    * Click on the **AI Pricing** menu option to the left.
    * **Adjust Suggested Price for Item Fees** - Adjusts the price assigned to the item to take item fees into account. For example, if an item has a $5 item fee and you select an AI suggested price of $25, Liberty will price the item at $20 so that it will sell for $25 after including the item fee.
    * **Suggested Price Differential** - The **AI Pricing** tool does not take location into account. Stores in high cost areas may want to increase the differential, while stores in low cost areas can reduce it. A differential of 100% uses the exact price suggested by the AI.
    * **Round Suggested Prices to nearest Dollar** - Rounds prices to an even dollar amount.
    * **Include Title in Price Check** - Add title to the search parameters, in addition to category and attributes.
    * Click the **OK** button when finished.

===== Using The Pricing Tool =====

  - Click on the **Account List** button, then type the account name or number in the **Search** field. \\ Click on the **Account** and then click on the **Add Inventory** button. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5144.png|NewItem5144.png}}
  - Select a **Category**, **Brand**, and any other Attributes you wish to include in the search. \\ The **Description** field is also used in the search. You can include a specific model, if the item includes this information. \\ It is recommended that you include as much information as possible in order to increase the accuracy of the **AI Price Suggestion**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5143.png|NewItem5143.png}} \\ Note: **Description** is also used in the search. This can be helpful if you want to lookup a specific model of shoe.
  - **Category and Brand are required**! An error will pop up if they are not filled in. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5142.png|NewItem5142.png}}
  - Click **AI Pricing** below the attribute box. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5141.png|NewItem5141.png}}
  - The Pricing guide will include a **Suggested MSRP (retail price**), along with suggested **High**, **Avg**., and **Low** prices for resale. \\ Click on a **Price Suggestion** to automatically fill in the price field. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5140.png|NewItem5140.png}}
  - Click **More Information** for a disclaimer about the price generation. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5139.png|NewItem5139.png}}
  - After selecting a price, confirm the price is in the **Price** field. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5138.png|NewItem5138.png}}
  - **Any change** in attributes will prompt a new search. \\ For example, changing the shoe color from green to beige gave higher suggested prices. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5137.png|NewItem5137.png}}
