====== Editing Reminders on an Account ======

Reminders are a great way to remind employees of important tasks or events.

===== To Access Reminders From Within An Account =====

  - **Select Task > Reminders**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5949.png|NewItem5949.png}} \\ The Reminders dialogue box will open. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5948.png|NewItem5948.png}}
  - Select the **Add** button or the **Edit** button to bring up the details of a Reminder. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5947.png|NewItem5947.png}}
    * **Type** : Click in the field for the drop down list. Click on the reminder to add it. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5946.png|NewItem5946.png}} \\ If you do not see the reminder you want, press the **F2** button will access the details to create a new Reminder. Press the **OK** button when done. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5945.png|NewItem5945.png}}
    * **Account** : This is the account the Reminder is associated with. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5944.png|NewItem5944.png}}
    * **Description** : Enter in the **Description** of the Reminder. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5943.png|NewItem5943.png}}
    * **Priority** : Click the drop down and choose **Low**, **Medium**, or **High**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5942.png|NewItem5942.png}}
    * **Due Date** : Enter the date the Reminder is due. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5941.png|NewItem5941.png}}
    * **Done (Checkbox**) : If the reminder has been completed, checking off the **Done** checkbox will remove it from the reminders. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5940.png|NewItem5940.png}}
  - Select the **OK** button when done. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5939.png|NewItem5939.png}} \\ You will see your new Reminder in the Reminders dialogue box. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5938.png|NewItem5938.png}} \\ When the Reminder is no longer needed, you can highlight the Reminder and press the **Mark Done** button. This will remove the Reminder from the list. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5937.png|NewItem5937.png}}
  - Select the **OK** button when done. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5936.png|NewItem5936.png}}
