====== Add Notes to an Account ====== Use the account notes field to notate the account with any kind of special note that is required for the account. ===== Adding Account Notes From Inventory Module ===== - In Liberty Inventory, Lookup the account. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image10.png|image10.png}} - Once in the account, Select the **Notes Tab**. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image21.png|image21.png}} \\ The **Notes Tab** will open. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image15.png|image15.png}} \\ The first section is for **General** Notes. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image27.png|image27.png}} \\ The second note section will pertain to notes associated with items on the account. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image2.png|image2.png}} \\ The third note section pertains to notes associated with Sales for this account. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image24.png|image24.png}} The fourth section pertains to notes associated with Dropoffs for this account. {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image17.png|image17.png}}Highlighting a note then selecting the **Edit Button**, or selecting the **Add Button** will open the details of a note. Highlighting a note and selecting the **Delete Button** will delete the note. \\ The Note Dialogue Box will open. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image26.png|image26.png}} \\ The top section will show the date and time the note was entered. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image29.png|image29.png}} \\ You can also see the User who entered the note. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image25.png|image25.png}} \\ The Priority Check Box will mark the Note as a priority from the main Notes Screen. \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_image20.png|image20.png}} ===== Priority Notes Pop Up In Inventory Module ===== In 6.4a, priority notes now pop up when you open an account. - We first have to enable this feature in **Setup > Options** \\ \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_20260529-123734.png}} - Click on **Account Defaults **then click the checkmark box next to **Show Priority Notes Popup**. \\ \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_20260529-123734_2.png}} - Click on **Account List** and then double-click on any account. \\ \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_20260529-123734_3.png}} - Once the account is open, the **Priority Pop up **will appear. \\ \\ {{:accountmanagement1:addnotesacct_20260529-123734_4.png}} \\ Note: All notes will appear in the popup. \\ Enter in the notes in the body and mark it whether or not it is going to be a priority or not.
