====== POS Add Fulfillment ======

The Fulfillment Information window in Liberty POS is used to select how the customer will receive their purchase, along with optional scheduling details (date/time) and contact information.\\

===== How To Open Fulfillment Information =====

You can access this window during a sale in POS by either:

  - Pressing **F7**  on your keyboard, or
  - Clicking **Fulfillment Instore Purchase**  button \\ {{:pos1:pointofsaleindepth:otherposfunctions:posaddfulfillment_image3.png|image3.png}}

===== Select your Fulfillment Type (Dropdown Options) =====

The following options may be available in the **Fulfillment Type**  dropdown:

  * Instore Purchase
  * Delivery
  * Shipped - **Service**  dropdown is selectable only on this fulfillment type.
  * Freight

Note: **Scheduled Date**  & Time is selectable on all fulfillment types EXCEPT Instore Purchase.

===== Fill Out Contact Information =====

The arrow points out the **Attention**  field which is used for the customer’s name. \\ Fill out the rest of the contact information:

  * Address
  * City
  * State
  * Zip
  * Country
  * Phone
  * Email

===== Fill Scheduled Date and Time =====

If you are in any other **Fulfillment Type**  other than In Store Purchase, you will see that **Scheduled Date**  and **Scheduled Time**  are selectable. \\  \\ To put in a **Scheduled Date**  you will select the three dots, use the calendar format to select the month and day. Then press **OK**. \\ {{:pos1:pointofsaleindepth:otherposfunctions:posaddfulfillment_image11.png|image11.png}} \\ Another option is to use the numbered option at the top. You can fill in the **Year**, **Month**  and **Day**  in that order shown below: \\ {{:pos1:pointofsaleindepth:otherposfunctions:posaddfulfillment_image6.png|image6.png}}

If this is your first time using this feature, you will notice the **Scheduled Time**  will not drop down.

You must go to **Listing Manager → Settings → Maintain Delivery Times**  to add any delivery times. \\ Once you do that, click the **Dropdown**, select the **Scheduled Time**. \\ {{:pos1:pointofsaleindepth:otherposfunctions:posaddfulfillment_image10.png|image10.png}}

===== Add Any Notes and Show On Map =====

Feel free to add any **Notes**  necessary for the fulfillment request. \\  \\ You can also use the **Show on Map**  button to confirm the address is going to the right place. \\ {{:pos1:pointofsaleindepth:otherposfunctions:posaddfulfillment_image2.png|image2.png}} \\ When using **Show on Map**  it will open up a web browser and it will look like this: \\ {{:pos1:pointofsaleindepth:otherposfunctions:posaddfulfillment_image9.png|image9.png}}

After confirming everything is correct, press **OK**  on the Fulfillment Information window.

Then when the sale is finished, If you go to Listing Manager **→ Fulfillment tab**

The **Attention**  field will show under **Contact **as well as the rest of the information filled out in the sale.
