====== Kiosk Signature Capture Overview ======

The Kiosk can also be used for **Signature Capture** for **Payouts** or **Contracts**. This can be configured separately in either the Inventory Module or POS.

===== Inventory Module Setup =====

  - Click **Setup**, then **Options**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5019.png|NewItem5019.png}}
  - Enter your **username** and **password**, then click **OK**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5018.png|NewItem5018.png}}
  - Select **Account Defaults**, then choose **Liberty Mobile Kiosk App** under the **Signature Capture** dropdown. Then click **OK**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5017.png|NewItem5017.png}}

===== Signing a Contract =====

  - Open the **Kiosk App** on the iPad. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5016.png|NewItem5016.png}}
  - Click Account Management. If that feature is not set up yet, see [[libertykiosk:kioskfeatures:acctmanagefeature|Account Management Feature]] for help setting it up. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5015.png|NewItem5015.png}}
  - Have the consignor enter their **email address** and **password**. Then click **Login**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5014.png|NewItem5014.png}}
  - Click **Sign Contract**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5013.png|NewItem5013.png}}
  - The current consignor contract will pull up. Let the consignor review it, then click **Sign**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5012.png|NewItem5012.png}}
  - The consignor can sign on the signature line, then click **Accept**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5011.png|NewItem5011.png}}
  - To view the contract, open the account in Inventory Module. Click **Tasks**, then **Contracts**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5010.png|NewItem5010.png}}
  - The contract will be listed with the datetime of signing. You can view the contract or email it to the consignor. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5009.png|NewItem5009.png}}

===== Cash, Check and Store Credit Signature Capture Setup In The Point Of Sale =====

  - Click **More**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5008.png|NewItem5008.png}}
  - **Login** with your **username** and **password**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5007.png|NewItem5007.png}}
  - Click **Setup**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5006.png|NewItem5006.png}}
  - Click **Payouts**, then select **Liberty Mobile Kiosk App** in the **Signature Capture Device** dropdown menu. Choose whether you want to prompt for signature on **Cash and Checks** or just **Cash Payouts**. Then click **OK**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5005.png|NewItem5005.png}}
  - Click **Store Credit**, then select **Liberty Mobile Kiosk App** for the **Signature Capture Device**. Then click **OK**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5004.png|NewItem5004.png}}

===== Capturing a Payout Signature in POS =====

  - Click **More**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5003.png|NewItem5003.png}}
  - **Login** with your **username** and **password**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5002.png|NewItem5002.png}}
  - Click **Pay Client**, then choose which client to payout. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5001.png|NewItem5001.png}}
  - The **Prepare Payout** dialog will popup. Make any changes necessary, then click **OK**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem5000.png|NewItem5000.png}}
  - The **Post Payout** dialog will popup. Make any changes necessary, then click **OK**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4999.png|NewItem4999.png}}
  - POS will show **Waiting for Signature**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4998.png|NewItem4998.png}}
  - On the kiosk app it will automatically switch to the signature box. The consignor has 60 seconds to sign for the payout, then click **Accept**. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4997.png|NewItem4997.png}}
  - POS will display a confirmation with the Payout Amount. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem4996.png|NewItem4996.png}}
