===== Instructions =====

  - Select **Download LibertyCloudSetup.exe** above.
  - When prompted, select **Run** or **Open**.
  - Complete the Liberty Cloud Setup installation.
  - Close the current RW Help window.
  - Reopen Help from Liberty.
