====== How to Discontinue Retail Items ======

**Discontinuing** an item will cause the item to **no longer show in the Inventory List**.

  - Lookup the **Retail Account** you wish to add inventory to. Click the **Vendor List** button at the top of Liberty. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1809.png|NewItem1809.png}}
  - The **Vendor List** tab will show. Type the account information in the search field. Double click the account you want to open. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1757.png|NewItem1757.png}}
  - Once the account is open, find and double click the item you want to edit. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1807.png|NewItem1807.png}}
  - Check off the **Discontinue** check box and press the **Save** button. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1806.png|NewItem1806.png}}
  - You will not see the item in the Item List. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1805.png|NewItem1805.png}}
  - To see the Discontinued Items, check of the **Show Discontinued Items** checkbox. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1804.png|NewItem1804.png}}
  - Once checked, you should see the Discontinued Items marked with a Gray Color Indicator. \\ {{libertyreact:lib:newitem1803.png|NewItem1803.png}}
